My Process
I like to use a collaborative double diamond approach to solving design problems, while following agile principles to stay flexible. This process retains design structure while adapting to the inevitable twists and turns in the story.

Discover
This is the part where we set the stage. In this step, I work closely with the business to understand their needs and goals. Defining the scope and objectives of the project lays the foundation for future steps.
Define
This is where we pick a direction for our story. I search for additional info about the users and market, defining key problems to solve. I us a mixed-method approach, relying on both data and user insight.

Develop
Now we start moving to the end goal. I move forward with a rapid ideation phase; including mock-ups and prototypes, while leveraging user feedback through surveys and testing throughout the process.

Deliver
This is where we reach our goal. With validated designs and feedback, we move forward with the best opportunity, refining designs and reviewing with stakeholders and developers, ensuring the solutions are ready to ship. This is just the end of the "loop," as a successful design is scalable and continually iterative process!
